I took Mina to get her first pedicure with Aunt Marina. She was so good and so cute, but she wouldn't sit in a chair by herself. The person who did my toes let her put her feet in the water with mine and then another lady working there came over to paint her fingers and toes for no charge. She really enjoyed it.
Dru and I were able to sneak away from everybody to go on a date to the same place we had our first date. It was a lot of fun and not nearly as hot this time around.
Of course we went to Medieval Times. This is starting to turn into a tradition for our family. We always have a blast, Mina always gets a flower from our knight.
We went to the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens with Dru's parents and Marina. It was so incredibly hot that day, but the girls sure enjoyed it. After we finished up there we went to ride on a little train just down the rode. It took us on a cute little 45 minute ride and luckily the girls sat still.
Mina and William were dressed so cute for Hazel's birthday party that I just had to get the camera out and get some pictures of the two of them together. They are best friends and the biggest goof balls.
We also had the opportunity to go on the base there and see Will Ferrell and Zack Galifanakas in person. While we were super excited, it wasn't all that great. We all ended up being in the background on every news channel, but the media sucked up all of their time so there were no opportunities for autographs or pictures.
