Our sweet little Dalia turned 4 this year. I can't believe it. She is such a feisty little thing, but can be oh so sweet at the same time. It's so bittersweet to see them change so much in such a short amount of time. I want her to stop growing, but want to see who she becomes, too. Dalia loves to eat. Avocados and oranges are probably her favorite foods. She's not terribly picky, but will refuse foods at times because her big sister does. She's participated in a joy school this year. She's very shy around other people and new places, so it took a while for her to warm up and feel comfortable with me leaving her in other's homes, but she learned to love it. She can't wait to go to preschool. She loves to draw and to practice writing, especially her own name. Her favorite shows are Jake and the Neverland Pirates and Uncle Grandpa. But, she loves pretty much any cartoon, or "kid movie" as she calls them. She gets furious if Dru or I put on a show with real people. Those are grown-up shows. Haha. She loves to tell knock knock jokes. She walks on her toes a lot. She always in her own little world prancing around as if no one's watching. She loves to dress up and will wear at least 2 beaded necklaces daily. One hangs in the front like a necklace should and the other hangs down her back and is her cape. She cracks us up and always keeps us on our toes. We love her so much.
